SAP MM Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – SAP MM (Materials Management) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP MM solutions, conducting workshops, and supporting international clients across the US, Canada, and Australia. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep functional knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations.

Responsibilies

• Execute SAP MM solution delivery for Public and Private Cloud projects.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and support solution design.
• Configure and implement Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory management, vendor management, and procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM, Ariba, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
• Support testing, training, and cutover activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live, ensuring system stability and user adoption.
• Act as a trusted consultant for international clients, building strong relationships and ensuring business alignment.

Skills Required

• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory management, vendor evaluation, and integration with FI/SD.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with international clients (US, Canada, Australia).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAP Activate, Scrum) and project delivery frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, construction, or related industries.
• Exposure to SAP Joule, predictive analytics, and embedded AI capabilities.
• Ability to support dashboard/reporting design for operational and procurement insights.
